I asked where I could leave a merchant review after a wonderful first experience with Everything Chopsticks. It was an anniversary order I placed a the last minute. First I was amazed at how fast I received my personalized order. Patricia even emailed me and said a cheaper shipping method would save me money amd still arrive in plenty of time, which it did. However, there was a small problem. One of the personalized dates on the item was wrong. Now it's two days until my anniversary. I called and talked to John. He was so helpful, it sounded like he would have driven a replacement to me cross country, if possible. Down to the literal minutes, he was able to remake my order and overnight it to me. I had my replacement in less than 24 hours from the other side of the nation!
Ok, maybe there shouldn't have been the personalization error, but it really didn't matter. They really did everything they could to make me happy. I honestly can't remember when I've had any company/customer service take such ownership of something and actually deliver. Sure, many say they want to help, but for red tape or lack of sincerity or whatever reason, things rarely turn out so well.
I told John that people should buy anything possible from them. I will.
Oh, and my wife loves the chopsticks! They're perfect! Thank you to everyone at Everything Chopsticks for making my last minute anniversary purchase a success! You made me look great! :)
