Returns

At EverythingChopsticks.com our goal is your complete satisfaction with our products and service. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase you can return it (in like-new condition with all original accessories and packaging) within 90-days of receipt for a full refund less shipping charges.

Custom products such as personalized chopsticks and personalized chopstick sleeves are non-returnable.

Buyer pays for return shipping unless the products are deemed defective. Please call or email for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Write the RA# clearly on the outside of the parcel. Parcels arriving without an RA# number may not be accepted.
