How do I make a return or exchange?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Simply call or email to get a Return Authorization number (RA#). See our page on Returns for complete details.
How much is shipping?
We have Free Shipping with $50 purchase. For domestic orders most orders can ship by US Postal Service First Class Mail for around $4.50-$5.00. Shipping options are based on package weight and the speed of service. For more information see our Shipping Options page.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships we'll send you an email with your tracking number and the website address of the shipping company. Also, if you setup an account, you can login to view your orders and tracking information. Can't find it? Send us an email and we'll resend it for you.

When I buy chopsticks, am I getting one or two sticks?
This is the most common question. Chopsticks are always sold by the pair of sticks, so the answer is "two".
When are you open?
Unfortunately we aren't available as much as larger companies. Email is the best way to reach us with questions, and our phone line is answered by a human 24 hours a day but it might take us awhile to call you back with an answer. Weekday afternoons are the best time to reach us directly.
