Shipped when promised and received in timely fashion

I was happy with the shipping time of these. It was a gift so timing was important. But I would be careful with washing...paint can come off if scrubbed at all...be gentle, they deserve it. :)

These chopsticks are so cute and come individually wrapped. Customer service was great. They didn’t have enough in stock for what I ordered and contacted me right away and gave me credit.

So happy with my order

I ordered a few pairs about a month or two ago and am still really impressed with them, we use them almost every day and they look exactly like when I unpacked them, they don't get dinged up or fade or anything and the designs are so beautiful, well worth the money:) be warned though I ordered them to Canada and there was a surprise $16 fee when I picked up the package for border handling so just keep that in mind when ordering!

I found this website while searching for a nice pair of chopsticks for my daughter's birthday. She has started using chopsticks for everything! I found a beautiful Japanese pair. Even with the current virus stuff, order and shipping was SUPER fast! The experience was so good and prices are great that I decided to get her a Korean set and a Chinese set as well. Also super fast shipping with no issues. I love also that there is a section of the history of chopsticks and use for them in different places that use them. Am wishing that there will be a bigger inventory in the future as I had a great experience with this site.
