The box itself is well built and the lid slides easily. They were able to engrave a pretty specific kanji compound for me, and were very expedient/helpful in communicating with me to have it done right. Turned out looking very good, just as expected.

This case is everything I wanted and more! I purchased this as a gift for my sister. I also purchased the Seiji Kai Iri Wakasa Japanese Chopsticks #25101, which are stunning! The shipping was exceptionally fast. Thank you for fulfilling the order so expeditiously!

I ordered 5 of these chopstick boxes and they were just as I imagined. I give it a 4/5 rating because 1 of the chopstick boxes was slightly misaligned and it was really hard to open the chopstick box.

Other than that the other 4 was amazing in quality and the engraving was just as I imagined.
