Serene Wakasa chopsticks with a long strip of mother of pearl decorating the gloss red lacquered handle. Very elegant and just enough shimmer. The chopsticks have a base of Hard Maple (Acer saccharum), harvested in Canada. The handle is coated with a Urethane protective finish and the tip in natural Urushi lacquer finish. Chopsticks are 8.5 inches long with naturally textured non-gloss square tips. Hand made in Obama, Japan on the shores of Wakasa Bay. Packaged in a clear plastic packet.
