They are dishwasher safe for easy care. The chopsticks have a base of Malas (Homalium tomentosum), harvested in Papua New Guinea. They have a Polyester Urethane protective finish. Chopsticks are 8.25 inches long with lightly textured tips. Hand made in Obama, Japan on the shores of Wakasa Bay.
