The unique Shoku Arai Sakura Wakasa chopsticks have layers of black, white and brown lacquer and resin, carved away to show ringed ovals and stiping. Adorned with shimmery gold foil sakura (cherry) blossoms. The chopsticks have a base of Malas wood (Homalium tomentosum), harvested in Indonesia. They have a Polyester Urethane protective finish. Dishwasher safe for easy care. Chopsticks are 9.125 inches long with lightly textured tips. Hand made in Obama, Japan on the shores of Wakasa Bay.
