Loved the incredible selection

There were so many designs and levels of quality to choose from, I bought three pairs instead on one! The delivered product looks just like the pictures on the web site. I really appreciate the descriptions about the craftsmanship so I was able to make an informed decision! I will be ordering from everything chopsticks again!

Lovely Chopsticks

I ordered 4 sets of chopsticks and 2 rests for a Christmas gift. Everything looked exactly as pictured. They arrived quickly.

This is my second purchase and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Missing order

I have not received my order and would like to know what the process is for initiated a refund on my order.

We shipped the order within a couple hours after it was placed. We are happy to send a replacement. Issues such as this are better served by calling or emailing us directly. We hope Andy likes his chopsticks.

My Wife wept!!

I bought these chopsticks for my wife's birthday. She was expecting plain bamboo and was a bit upset when I told her that this would be one of two presents. Then she opened the package and gasped at the beauty of the chopsticks. It was declared "one of the best birthdays ever!!!!!"

Never got my order

Specifically paid a lot of money extra for shipping to have it before Xmas. Now it’s January and I have not gotten it. This is absurd and you should be embarrassed.

We shipped EW's order the same day it was placed. Naturally we don't have any control over the US Postal system. I'm sorry you were unhappy with our service. Delivery delays do happen occasionally, even with rush shipping. The order arrived a couple days after this review.
