<p>So John called me immediately after my review posted and apologized as the ball was dropped on adding my second set of chopsticks to the order and offered to send me them free of charge. Mistakes happen, so I couldn't accept, but offered to pay for them if they would send them along. He agreed but insisted on paying the shipping as there would not have been two shipping charges had everything been in the original order. So, the cx service is not poor, mistakes just happen sometimes.</p><p>------------------------------</p><p>Original review: After ordering a set, I decided I wanted another set so I emailed customer service and asked them to either add the set that I wanted to the order or cancel the order and I would reorder. They said they would add it to the order. They did not. It would have been better for them to cancel the order than to lie to me. Now, I'm not going to order the other set I wanted, and I'm not going to order anything from them again.</p>
