I really liked both items I ordered. I am particularly pleased with the lacquer pair. They feel good and are easy to clean. I was worried they would be fussy and difficult to clean without ruining, but that hasn't been the case.

I am quite pleased with the products I received. Shipping was very fast and I had no issues at all. The chopsticks and rests are beautiful and match up nicely to the ramen bowl that I purchased them for. Cheers!!

My order shipped the next day, and the chopsticks are all well-made, holding up to the first few washings. They just come in plastic bags, not fancy. Good sticks.

<p>So John called me immediately after my review posted and apologized as the ball was dropped on adding my second set of chopsticks to the order and offered to send me them free of charge. Mistakes happen, so I couldn't accept, but offered to pay for them if they would send them along. He agreed but insisted on paying the shipping as there would not have been two shipping charges had everything been in the original order. So, the cx service is not poor, mistakes just happen sometimes.</p><p>------------------------------</p><p>Original review: After ordering a set, I decided I wanted another set so I emailed customer service and asked them to either add the set that I wanted to the order or cancel the order and I would reorder. They said they would add it to the order. They did not. It would have been better for them to cancel the order than to lie to me. Now, I'm not going to order the other set I wanted, and I'm not going to order anything from them again.</p>

My daughter loves her new chopsticks. I will definitely order again. Thank You!
