Umai splendid nakiri vegatable knife. This short, rectangular, thin-bladed Japanese knife is great for cutting most all vegetables. Two-sided hollow-cut blade. The very thin, sharp blade makes easier work of cutting tough vegetables such as carrots and squash. Clean with water and always wipe blade dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Has a 6.5-inch stainless steel blade with a beautiful dimpled and polished finish and a stained wood handle. The dimpling is not only decorative, but adds air space between the blade and the food which helps the food release and not stick to the blade. 12 inches overall length. Made in Japan.
