These function very well and are pleasing to the eye, quiet, and beautifully finished. Not perfectly round, these are 6 or 8 sided with very soft edges that are comfortable. As I was looking for something simpler/masculine than some of the more flowery designs...these matched that yet quietly, naturally display the beauty of the wood grain.
